25th Annual Michigan Motorcycle Show A Giant Success!
Congratulations to the Winners of the Bike Competition and the First Annual Michigan Airbrush Competition!
From the opening of the show at 11am on Saturday to the awarding of the Best-in-Show trophy on Sunday, the Birch Run Expo Center was once again revved up with the sights of 130 custom bikes, the sounds of the area's hottest bands, and the smell of...well, the smell of good times.
Bike builds and hands on seminars were brought to you by our good friends at the Power Sport Institute, and our friends from Central Motorsports were there performing a trike conversion and sharing tips with attendees all weekend long. Vendors from all over the midwest were on hand to make sure that shopping itch would get scratched.
Congratulations go to Greg Staley of Flushing for winning Best of Show. Greg will represent Michigan in Sturgis this summer at the IMBBA North American Championship. For a complete list of winners in each class, click on the icon below.
And congratulations also go out to Kevin Burdick and Jon Grzesick, winners of our first of its kind, Michigan State Airbrush Competition, brought to you by our friends at the Ultimate Airbrush Competition. Attendees were able to get a unique perspective on motorcycle art as they watched Kevin, Jon and six other expert artists from around the state as they created jaw dropping works from start to finish over the two day event. For pictures of their art as well as some of the awesome bikes displayed in the competition, make sure and click on our Gallery.
And make sure to check back soon for dates for the 2014 Michigan Motorcycle Show. With more live music, interactive seminars and exhibits, airbrush and pinstriping competitions, cold beer, vendors from around the midwest and over 100 of the hottest cutom bikes in the state... the 26th Annual Michigan Motorcycle Show promises to be the best ever.
